Grief, Breathwork, & Real-Life tools
in New Orleans & online

Grief, stress, and life changes don’t just live in your thoughts—they live in your body.

I offer body-based coaching and therapeutic breathwork in New Orleans and online for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. This work helps you calm your system, move through what’s been building, and respond to life circumstances with more clarity.

Whether you’re dealing with loss, relationship shifts, burnout, or major transition, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

What This Work Helps With

  • Grief and loss (death, divorce, identity shifts)

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity

  • Burnout and chronic stress

  • Negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs

  • Boundaries and relationship strain

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected

A Different Approach

Talking helps, but it doesn’t always reach what’s held in the body.

Through therapeutic breathwork and mind-body coaching, you learn how to:

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Move through intense emotion without shutting down

  • Break repetitive mental and emotional patterns

  • Build steadiness in the middle of change

This is practical, grounded work you can use in real life.

Nicole Blair is a truly remarkable coach who has had an incredible impact on my healing journey. When I first sought her help, I was overwhelmed with grief after losing my parents and brother. From our very first session, Nicole created a safe and compassionate space where I felt comfortable expressing my deepest emotions. She is both trained in grief  and connected Breathwork which is a miraculous therapy!!

Her empathetic approach and genuine understanding made all the difference. Nicole listened intently, offering insights that helped me navigate through my pain. She provided me with practical tools to cope with my grief, encouraging me to honor my loved ones while also focusing on my own well-being. I even have my sister n law seeing her and would recommend any family! As a local doctor

myself I can tell when someone is

passionate about their work!   â€‹

Working with Nicole Blair through the R.E.A.L. Talk Series was a wonderful experience for our community. The guardians of our clients are single moms navigating the challenges of raising boys in New Orleans. Nicole curated a thoughtful and intentional space for our guardians to be seen and feel supported. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and we're grateful for the compassion she brought to each session! Her breathwork sessions offered our guardians practical tools and meaningful reflection that aligned with our mission.

Working with Nicole was one of the highlights of our past year at the Split Second Foundation.
Our community is a diverse group of adults with disabilities and chronic conditions. Nicole took great care to tailor a program that fit our member's needs. She offered tangible action steps for navigating grief and facilitating mental wellness. Our members continue to refer back to the strategies we learned in “group” and we so appreciate her guidance.
